We are pleased to send you the invitation for the 2nd St. Francis Walk-a-Thon! This is an event that will have all kinds of fun and prizes for the whole family. Some information about the event:
1. It will be held rain or shine on the SFdSCCS campus on April 20th from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
2. There is no cost for admission but because this is the second of our mandatory school fundraisers, those who did not do the buy-out option at the beginning of the school year will be getting a separate email explaining how they can fundraiser for this event.
3. This event is open to ALL SFdSCCS families, faculty, & staff!
4. The event will be signing in from 10:00 am – 10:15 am, walking from 10:15 am – 11:45 am, and prizes from 11:45 am until 12:00 pm. There will be snacks (fruit and granola bars) as well as water for participants.
5. Participants earn tickets for completing each lap that they can use to be entered into a gift card drawing. The more you walk, the better your chance is! The event will have a fun DJ too to make the walk fun and engaging.
6. The day-off coordinator will be Desiree Poach.
