How to Return the Form & Important Dates for Registration
Please complete form and return to Alyssa Wilson along with your $150 Early Bird Registration Fee. Families who fail to pay their registration fee on or before the following due dates will be charged an additional $100 fee.

As a result of our projected Pre-K enrollment forthe 2019-2020 academic year exceeding our ability to house all applicants, families who do not take advantage of the early registration period will not be guaranteed a secured spot.

Please note the following registration dates:
1. Pre-K Registration Early Bird Deadline = Friday, February 15, 2019
2. Kindergarten – 8th Grade Early Bird Deadline = Friday, March 22, 2019

If you have children in both Pre-K and grades K – 8th, you are only required to submit this registration form for ALL your students prior to or on the February 15, 2019 deadline. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Not only does this save you time and keep you from filling out all those paper forms, but it ensures we have the most up-to-date information including Emergency Contacts, Pick-Up lists, Student Medical Information, parent email and phone numbers, etc…

Please be sure to log into your ParentsWeb account to verify your information and complete the Photo Release Web Form. This information is sent directly to our student information system for tracking purposes and helps save us time and run more efficiently.

 

How to update your information in ParentsWeb

  1. Once logged on to Parents Web, click on School Information on the left (it may already be open).
  2. Click on Web Forms.
  3. Click on Family Demographic Form in the right pane.  You should see a “Student Demographic Form” link for each student in your family.
  4. Select the link, update any information and click on the “Save” button at the bottom.
  5. Click the “Return to Main Form” button at the top to return to the list of all forms.
  6. Student medical information, custodial parent information, emergency contact information, and grandparent information can all be updated in the same way.
  7. Complete the Photo Release Web Form for each student as well.

 

Most changes made in ParentsWeb will be automatically updated. Other information may have to go through an approval process before the changed information is viewable in RenWeb.
