On June 9 & 10 our 2 new St Francis FLL robotics teams participated in NASA IV&V’s ERC ‘Robotics Boot Camp’. Boot camp is a program they are working to expand to ensure West Virginia is well represented in robotics nationally.
The goal of the camp is to provide hands on learning to all the different aspects of the FLL competition, including robot programming, research, experimentation and presentation. 2 coaches and 3 students from each team were allowed to participate, and worked to accomplish basic goals with our new Lego EV3 robot.
