Our TAD Committee, parents, students, faculty and staff covered “all of the bases” at this year’s Teacher Appreciation Day Celebration held on May 6th. A fun time was had by all on this ALL- STAR themed day. The Faculty and Staff, dressed in their favorite sportswear, were treated to a Ball Park themed Luncheon and received several surprises delivered by our ALL-STAR students.
Our teachers deserve our thanks for all they do. A teachers greatest reward for their job is seeing students thrive and succeed. They just want to know that they’ve helped. Thus, one of the most important things students can do for their teachers is say thank you. St. Francis teachers are the best around, and deserve the appreciation for what they do.
The TAD committee would also like to give a special “shout out” to all of the parents who so generously donated money towards the scrip gift cards. We were able to provide all of our faculty and staff with $75 worth of scrip cards! The Faculty and Staff also received baskets of goodies; baseball cupcakes and drInk tumblers.
This celebration was a HOMERUN, thanks to all of the volunteers who covered lunch duty and recess duty; donated morning and afternoon gifts; donated and served food and came together to honor and celebrate our St. Francis TEAM!
It cannot be stated enough…..THANK YOU TEACHERS!
