The St. Francis Summer Reading Challenge began on May 1, 2024 and ends on Saturday, August 31, 2024. It is now time for students to take the next few days to get in those reading minutes and update their reading logs. Remember, any reading they do for school can be counted towards their reading goal.
In order to receive an award, students were required to read a minimum of 2,400 minutes throughout the summer. Students reading 10,000 minutes or more will receive a medal, and the top three readers will receive a trophy. All students reading 10,000 minutes or more will receive a T-shirt as well.
All reading logs must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, September 6, 2024.
Reading logs may be turned into the teacher, the library, or sent via email. If you scan your reading logs, please email them to me at: kteagarden@stfrancismorgantown.com.
BE SURE ALL PAGES OF THE READING LOG ARE STAPLED TOGETHER, THE STUDENT’S NAME IS INCLUDED ON EVERY SHEET, AND ALL NUMBERS ARE CLEARLY WRITTEN.
If you have questions about the Summer Reading Challenge or a specific library question, please feel free to contact Mrs. Teagarden.
