It seems like just yesterday that we were enjoying the Fall Book Fair and now the Spring Book Fair is fast approaching. You are invited to shop at our Scholastic Book Fair beginning Monday, March 23, through noon on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The Book Fair will be open to parents and students from 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Thursday and until noon on Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase books for Easter, birthdays, and summer.
Volunteers are needed to set up, tear down, assist students, and work as cashiers. If you have volunteered before or are new to St. Francis, please consider volunteering. The Book Fair is a busy time and many hands are needed. Some parents like to come and volunteer during the time their student will be coming to the fair. Click on the link below to volunteer:

I highly encourage all families to set up an e-wallet for their student(s). An e-wallet eliminates the need to send money to school. It is easy for those working the register to find the student’s name and proceed with the purchase. Please remember, if your student does not use all of the money in his/her e-wallet, the money will remain there for future use. Relatives can also add money to the e-wallet if they wish. If you need to set up an e-wallet, please click on the link below.
VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOUR CHILD HAS MONEY IN THEIR E-WALLET FROM THE FALL, YOU MUST CREATE A NEW E-WALLET FOR THE SPRING. THE MONEY DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER. YOU, AS THE PARENT, MUST MOVE THE MONEY INTO A NEW E-WALLET.
Please use the link below to set up your child’s e-wallet:

Additionally, teachers will have the opportunity of setting up their own e-wallets if you wish to purchase a book(s) for the classroom libraries. Participating teachers will post the link to their e-wallet on their class page.
Tax is added to all purchases so when giving your child money for the book fair, please remember to include money for the tax. Coin change amounts will be donated to SHARE THE FAIR to purchase additional books for the library, eliminating the need to return coins to the students. If you do not wish to donate your change, please let me know.
I look forward to seeing everyone at the book fair! Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions or concerns.
