ANNOUNCING THE SPRING SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR!!!!
APRIL 24 – APRIL 28, 2023
Dear St. Francis Parents and Students,
The Book Fair is almost upon us….and just in time to purchase new books for the upcoming Summer Reading Challenge! You are invited to shop at our Scholastic Book Fair from Monday, April 24 – Friday, April 28, 2023. All purchases benefit our school and connect kids with new books, favorite characters, complete series, and more! The Summer Reading Challenge will begin May 4, 2023 and will end on September 1, 2023 making this the perfect opportunity to get new books to read during the summer. The Book Fair will be open to parents and students from 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Thursday, and will close at noon on Friday, April 28. I have included the schedule for when the classes will visit the book fair, if you wish to shop with your child.
Volunteers are needed to help set up the book fair, work the book fair as a cashier or
assisting students, and to tear down the book fair. If interested in helping with any aspect of the fair, click on the link below:

I highly encourage all families to set up an e-wallet for their student(s). An e-wallet eliminates the need to send money to school. It is easy for those working the register to find the student’s name and proceed with the purchase. Please remember, if your student does not use all of the money on his/her e-wallet, the money will remain there for future use. Relatives can also add money to the e-wallet if they wish. Just like at the fall book fair, tax will be added to all purchases with change amounts being donated to ALL FOR BOOKS to purchase additional books for the library. This will eliminate the need to return coins to the students. Any family that does not wish to donate the change just needs to let me know.
