This past weekend several of our recent St Francis grads successfully participated in the high school State Cross Country Championships. The top 3 male runners all ran for St Francis in middle school:
- Seth Edwards (UHS) 1st
- Anthony Laurita (MHS) 2nd
- Connor Riley (MHS), 3rd.
Seth was interviewed for the paper and mentioned that the 3 of them went to middle school together and remained close. Both UHS boys and girls took home 1st place, MHS girls- runners up, and MHS boys came in 3rd. On the MHS girls team of the 10 varsity runners, 6 were freshman, 3 of which were our SF girls!
