Last weekend, Emily Nguyen (6th grade) and her team won the the WV state VEX IQ Robotics championship in the Middle school category. They were awarded the “Teamwork champions award”, the “Amaze award”, “STEM Research Project award”, and the “Robot Skills Champion award”. They will be advancing to the World VEX IQ Robotics championship in April 2020 to represent West Virginia.
This accomplishment shows the amount of dedication and work the kids have put together towards achieving such an honor. Emily has made her family, classmates, and the entire school very proud! Way to go and best of luck in the World Championships next month.
