The Project on Racism Contest honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., while encouraging students’ creativity. The YWCA Wheeling is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
Joey and his family are invited to the Project on Racism Essay Contest / MLK Day Program hosted by the YWCA of Wheeling and WJU’s MLK Celebration Committee where they will be providing a breakfast and a brief ceremony to honor the winners.
