Congratulations to two of our St. Francis students on their top finishes in the 2016 Monongalia County Young Writers Contest. Top finishes went to Drew Stahara (2nd Grade) and Gwen Sikora (4th grade). We are very proud of the success of these students.
All county winners will be invited by formal invitation to a reception in their honor at WVU this spring. County First Place winners will be invited by formal invitation to participate in Young Writers Day in Charleston this spring. County First Place winners will be forwarded on to the state contest, with state winners to be announced in April.
