dareOur 5th grade students have come to the conclusion of a 15 week program that dealt with tobacco, alcohol, bullying, decision making, risky situations, resistance, being responsible, RX/OTC use and abuse and a whole lot more. They learned ways to “Say No” to these type of offers. They also learned they can use D.A.R.E. Decision Making Model to “Say No” to everyday requests, not just drugs.

Please continue helping your child, by re-enforcing the stand we have asked them to take against these types of situations and pressures. Talk to them and let them know you are also against them becoming involved in these things. They look to you for protection, like skills and guidance.
